One sentence in. A finished video out.

The premise is simple and it is the whole product: you should never have to become the machine operator. You describe what you want. The system works out how.

Step one

Say what you want, the way you would say it to a person

"Make me a 30-second ad for my product. Futuristic, premium, a bit mysterious, and I want a big reveal at the start." That is a complete instruction. There is no second, more technical version you are supposed to know.

What happens behind that sentence is that the words are converted into a structured creative specification — emotion, energy arc, material language, lighting, colour, camera, editing rhythm, sound. That specification is what the rest of the pipeline works from, which is why a vague-sounding request still produces a specific result.

Step two

It plans before it spends

A brief, then a concept, then a story, then an actual shot list — what each shot contains, how long it runs, what the camera does, who is in it and what must stay identical to the shot before. You approve a cheap preview before anything expensive renders.

This is the step that most tools skip, and it is why they burn credits. Planning is nearly free; generating is not. Getting the structure right on paper first means the expensive part only ever runs on something that already makes sense.

Step three

It checks its own work, then cuts it together

Every result is graded by a separate critic before you see it — anatomy, text, logos, continuity, brand fit, platform fit. Anything that fails is diagnosed and repaired rather than silently retried. Then it is edited: order, timing, transitions, music, captions.

If one shot is wrong, that shot is repaired. The other nine are not regenerated, the character does not change because the lighting did, and the version you liked three revisions ago is still retrievable exactly as it was.

    An independent judge scores technical, creative, brand and platform quality.

  11. Repair loop

    Diagnoses why something failed and fixes that cause, instead of rolling the dice again.

  12. Editor and assembler

    Order, timing, transitions, music, captions, colour — assembled like a human editor would.

  13. Final QA

    One last pass across the whole sequence, not just the individual shots.

  14. Delivery

    Finished assets, in every format you need, with the project retained for future edits.

Questions

Do I have to understand prompting, models or seeds?
No. That is the design premise. Prompting, model selection, seeds, workflows, camera terminology, image-to-video mechanics, reference conditioning, aspect ratios and negative prompting are all handled internally. You describe the result you want in ordinary language.
What happens if a shot comes out wrong?
It is diagnosed rather than simply retried. The system identifies the specific failure — a character's face drifting, a product distorting, unreadable text — and addresses that cause, then regenerates only the affected shot. The rest of the sequence is untouched.
Can I control the camera and lighting if I want to?
Yes, in director mode. You get control of shot, camera, lighting, lens, character, environment, action, timing, music, colour and transitions — still conversationally rather than through a parameter panel. Production mode goes further and shows you the actual models, prompts, references and settings.
What stops the character changing between shots?
A character bible: a persistent identity record holding face, hair, body, wardrobe, accessories, mannerisms and an explicit list of things that must never change. It is defined once and enforced on every subsequent generation, including in future projects months later.
